Overprint on the Yugoslavian stamps Mi 398-399.
Due to heavy domestic traffic, a noticeable shortage of the original 1 and 2 dinar stamps was noted, and the postal administration resorted to overprinting the remaining 3 and 4 dinar stamps to 1 and 2 dinars.

Shifted overprints exist on both stamps but in large quantities on stamps Mi 41.

Plate numbers 1 and 2 exist for Mi 41 .
