This stamp was issued as a preview of the regular issue of Pavelić to celebrate the St. Anthony day and represent a Head of the State Ante Pavelic in his Ustasha uniform.
Stamps were printed in two runs, first one in 115.000 and total quantity is 1.000.000.

Sheets and plate numbers
Stamps were printed in sheets of 100 stamps. Plate numbers 1-4 can be found.
Perforations
There are many peforation errors for this issue: moved, missed and double perforations.
Imperforated and only vertically perforated stamps exist and come from the Minister album.
Color proofs
From the minister albums come two color proofs in the light blue and brown colors.

There are many errors in print like double print, tete beche inverted double prints etc.
