Because of the continuing need for stamps, the postal administration now resorted to low-value Yugoslavian postage due stamps (porto stamps) still in stock and converted them into franking stamps by the overprint “FRANCO”.

Plate errors
Most famous error is FBANCO instead of FRANCO and exists on stamps of 0,50 din, 5 din and 10 din.



Overprint errors
Some sheets of 50 P stamps exist without overprint in the last row, so we can find pairs where one stamp is without the overprint.

Shifted overprints could be found in all four values.

Oveprint proof on normal, ungummed paper also exist.
