After some of the values of porto stamps issued in 1941 were spent, Postal administration issued a new set of a Postage due stamps, using a design of never issued newspapers stamps. There is no exact date of issue. Those stamps were issued during the second half of 1942 in two different perforations.
This stamps could be also found in normal postal use together with normal stamps.

Stamps were printed in sheets of 100 stamps.
Perforations
All values can be found in perforation 11 1/2, and almost all in perforation 10 1/2, except stamp Mi 11. Perforation 11 1/2 is more prevalent.
This issue has many errors in perforation like shifted , missed or double perforation.

Abklatsch could be found on some values.
Minister album
Minister album exists, with imperforated stamps and different color proofs, phase proofs, without background or only background or double prints.
Some more materials could be found on the market or from maculature or printers waste such as: more color proofs, some on the shiny white paper, both side printed proofs on a thick carton paper, more double or tripple prints and also some values printed on a scrap paper, large shifts between a different phases of print, etc.
