An exhibition named “Three Years of State Labor Service” took place in Zagreb from August 20-27, 1944. This stamps issue was intended for sale at the special post office at this exhibition.

Minister albums
Minister albums are printed and contain imperforated, only vertically and only horizontally imperforated sheets. There are also four color proofs for each stamp, from Mi 162-164 printed on orange paper and Mi 165 color proof in red on phaser granite paper; other 3 color proofs on normal white paper. Small sheets with autographs of O. Antonini and K. Seizinger also exist in the Minister albums.

FDC
First Day Covers (FDCs) are issued in quantity of 4.000, available in two versions.
– Version 1: Stamps Mi 162-164 in perforation B
– Version 2: All four stamps in perforation A – these ones are very rare
It could also be find some FDC’s with pendants and also with blocks.
There are two cancels: machine and hand cancel, both in two colors, violet and black.




Mastercard
Same as on the Mi 148-149, Vienna State Print office also issued a Masterprint cards with each value in three color proofs in variations of hte issued colors in perforation 14 ½.


Souvenir card
Souvenir Card in quantity of 1.100 pieces was also issued, numbered with a commemorative cancel and signed by the DRS leader Palčić. Some Souvenir cards with imperforated stamps are also issued but this ones are not numbered.

Block
Block is printed on yellowish, so called, Japanese paper with a stamp Mi 165 in different color in perforation 12 ½.

This block is also part of the Minister album for the DRS stamp set as imperforated block, four different imperforated color proofs, liliac color proof in two different tones. Some additional color block proofs exist on thick white paper.
