The last stamp issued in the NDH, only one week before the end of the war, when only Zagreb and the surrounding area were under the Croatian Postal administration and postal distribution.

Total print quantity is unknown, it was planned to be 5.000.000.

Stamps were printed in sheets of 100 stamps.

Perforations

Stamps with a strongly moved perforations exist.

Minister albums

Minister albums were no longer produced. However, imperforate, gummed pieces of the stamp exist, as well as imperforate—also gummed—color samples in reddish-violet, greenish-blue, and dark blue.
