These stamps were issued with surtax to support the Ustaša Youth movement and to remember the Senj victims from 1937 and also two great Croats – Matija Gubec and Dr Ivan Starčević.
The total quantity of printed stamps was 800.000 each, but the actual number of issued stamps is much smaller.

| Mi 91 | 3 + 6 Kn | dark carmine-brown | 513,390 issued |
| Mi 92 | 4 + 7 Kn | sepia | 511,631 issued |
Sheets
Stamps were printed in sheets of sixteen stamps and nine pendants with the names of Senj 1937 victims.

Perforations
Stamps were printed in Vienna, so there are not many mistakes in perforations. However, a plate of Mi 91 exists where the perforation was missed in the first row.
Imperforated stamps come from the Minister albums.

Color proofs
From the Minister albums also come a few color proofs of each value in the lighter variants of issued colors.

FDC
FDC exists with three variants of inscription in the middle of the cancel: Zagreb, Senj or Gospić. There are 2.000 FDCs of each.

Blocks
On the same day, two blocks were also issued, designed by the same pair of artists:
Block 3A Mi 93A perforated and
Block 3B Mi 93B imperforated

| Block 3A | 5+20 kn | 51.478 |
| Block 3B | 5+20 kn | 51.357 |
Stamps are placed in the upper part of the block, but there are also blocks with the lower placement of stamps.

Minister albums
In the Minister albums there are two imperforated Blocks 3B in color proofs – with slightly different variants of the issued color.
