Table of contents:
The occasion for this issue was the return of the Croatian coastal territories of Kupa (including the city of Susak) and northern Dalmatia, annexed by Italy in 1941, to Croatia. Croatian and German troops occupied these territories, which were annexed by Italy after its surrender.
Overprint was done in different tones of red on the issue of Zagreb FI (MI 115) in a quantity of 120.000.

Perforations
Vertically imperforated stamps from the right edge of the sheet, horizontally imperforated and also stamps with double perforation horizontally exist.

Graver’s marks
This issue also has graver’s mark “S”




Plate numbers
This issue has plate numbers I and II just as Mi 115 issue without the overprint.

Varieties
Overprint has a lot of varieties:
– shifted horizontally or vertically
– overprint at the bottom or center instead of the top
– Inverted overprint at the top or at the bottom
– Double overprint specifically:
– 1 x at the top – 1 x at the bottom
– 1 x at the top – 1 x at the bottom, inverted
– vertical pair where one stamp has overprint and other one don’t have






Overprint proofs/trials
Proof of that overprints exist on the shiny white paper.


FDC
FDC exists with a hand cancel, on some of the FDC’s are also a stamp Mi 115, but FDC’s are very rare.

Commemorative card
Commemorative card with autograph of Kirin and Seizinger also exist. It comes from the Minister album which covered materialsfrom this issue and Mi 115 together.
