This stamp was issued together with the charity stamps for the benefit of the Croatian Red Cross in 1943. Using this stamp was obligatory from 03-09.10.1943. in the whole domestic postage use.

Minister albums
This stamp is included in the Minister album of Red Cross Issue 1943 and consists of imperforated stamps, only vertically perforated, two color proofs, phase proofs and print of a red cross only.
Except for this material in the Minister albums,there are stamps perforated and imperforated with a major shift of red cross and phase proofs without the background and with the red cross; also some die proofs in different colors printed together with stamps from the Red Cross set 1943.
